RevenueHog

// for app portfolios

One key. Your whole portfolio.

Five apps, twelve SKUs, three of them experiments. App Store Connect makes you inspect them one at a time. Connect one .p8 key and the whole portfolio imports: combined MRR, per-app breakdowns, one live feed, alerts tuned per app.

Every app on the key, automatically

Portfolio tools usually make you register apps one by one. RevenueHog inverts it: connect an App Store Connect API key and every app the key can read imports: icons, products, and about a year of daily history each (Apple's daily-report limit). Ship app number six next quarter and it appears on the next sync, already counted in the portfolio numbers. Integration cost per additional app: zero. There's no SDK for any of them.

Portfolio rollup, per-app truth

The dashboard sums the portfolio (total MRR, revenue/day, active subscribers, trials) and every number drills down: per-app cards with their own sparklines and deltas, per-product MRR within each app, per-country breakdowns. Multi-select works too: any subset of apps computes exactly like the full portfolio, summed per day (the methodology is public). The question portfolio owners actually ask, which app moved?, is one click, not five report downloads.

One feed, every event

Wire Apple's Server Notifications (paste each app's URL, or let RevenueHog set all of them in one pass with an Admin key; manual paste works with read-only) and every purchase, renewal, trial and churn event across the portfolio lands in a single live feed, tagged by app. Filter to one app when you're investigating; watch the merged stream when you're not.

Forwarding, per app

Portfolios rarely have one backend. Forwarding endpoints are configured per app, separate Production and Sandbox URLs each, and RevenueHog relays Apple's verbatim signed payload, so each app's existing consumers (your backend, RevenueCat, a warehouse) keep verifying signatures as if Apple called them directly. Apps that forward nowhere just record into RevenueHog. Details in the forwarding reference.

Alerts that scale past one app

Alert noise grows with app count; the controls are built for it. Per-app mutes silence the noisy ones without touching the feed. A minimum-$ threshold keeps micro-transactions off your lock screen. Quiet hours respect your time zone. MRR milestones fire on the portfolio number ($10k, $25k, $50k), which is the number a portfolio owner actually celebrates. One subscription ($4.99/mo or $39.99/yr) covers your whole org. It does not scale with apps, seats or revenue.

FAQ

Do I pay per app?
No. Everything on the web is free for every app on your key. There is no per-app pricing, no app limit tier, and never a percentage of your revenue. The only paid thing is the iOS alerts subscription ($4.99/mo or $39.99/yr), and one subscription covers your whole organization.
Do I have to add each app by hand?
No. Apps are discovered from the key. Connect one App Store Connect API key and every app it can read imports automatically, each with about a year of daily history (Apple's daily-report limit). Ship a new app later and it shows up on the next sync.
Can each app forward events to a different backend?
Yes. Forwarding endpoints are per app, with separate Production and Sandbox URLs. Each app's events relay Apple's verbatim signed payload to that app's endpoints, so a portfolio where every app has its own backend (or its own RevenueCat project) fans out correctly.
How do alerts stay useful across many apps?
Per-app mutes and $ thresholds. Mute the high-volume utility app whose $0.99 events you don't need to feel, set a minimum amount, keep quiet hours, and still get the churn alerts and MRR milestones that matter portfolio-wide. Rules are per user, so your co-founder can tune theirs differently.
Does my whole team get access?
RevenueHog is organization-based: the dashboard, feed and metrics are shared across your org, and one alerts subscription unlocks pushes for everyone in it. Notification rules stay individual.
